Terms of service
These terms describe how a photography studio may use Snabb, the studio-management and client-gallery platform provided by Snabb. Each studio remains responsible for its own clients, events, invoices, contracts, payment settings and privacy obligations.
The service
Snabb provides hosted software for galleries, guest photo search, enquiries, contracts, invoices, studio workflows, integrations and related support. The studio decides what it uploads, publishes, sends and deletes.
The platform may change features, limits and plans over time. Material changes that affect active subscriptions or data protection will be communicated through the dashboard or email.
Studio responsibilities
The studio must keep account credentials safe, configure payment and email settings accurately, obtain the client and guest permissions it needs, and use the service only for lawful studio business. It must not upload illegal content, attempt to bypass tenant isolation, scrape other studios, or misuse guest data.
Fees and billing
Subscription fees, trial periods, overage charges and plan limits are shown in the dashboard or order form. Taxes are handled as stated on the invoice. If a payment fails, Snabb may retry, notify the studio, restrict new work, or make the dashboard read-only while preserving access needed to export data.
Client payments and studio content
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, client invoices, payment links, contracts and gallery content are issued by the studio, not by Snabb. The studio is responsible for refunds, disputes, pricing, tax details and the accuracy of client-facing documents.
Data protection
For client, couple and guest data, the studio is the Data Fiduciary and Snabb acts as its processor/service provider. The privacy notice and Data Processing Addendum explain roles, subprocessors, retention and rights-request workflows.
Suspension, export and ending service
Snabb may suspend abusive, unlawful or unpaid use, but will aim to keep export and deletion paths available unless doing so would create a security, legal or integrity risk. At the end of service, the studio should export needed records before deletion deadlines in its agreement or data-processing terms.
